Shoulder Loop Insignia: Blue and white are the school colors.  The shield is a symbol of protection and denotes the cadets’ involvement in school, community, and country.  The fleur-de-lis on a wavy chevron symbolizes the location of the school and reflects the early French influence.  The open book represents knowledge through education.
