Escudo de prata, uma tocha de Santo Elias, de verde, acesa de vermelho e ouro, ladeada por duas rodas de moinho de vermelho e acompanhada em chefe de duas folhas de trevo de verde e, em campanha, de duas faixetas ondeadas de azul. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ CARNIDE - POMBAL “.
