Escudo de vermelho, árvore arrancada de ouro, acompanhada em chefe por duas chaves passadas em aspa, uma de ouro e uma de prata, com os palhetões para o chefe e entre duas laranjas de sua cor, folhadas de verde e realçadas de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ BELAZAIMA DO CHÃO “.
