Escudo de ouro, uma faixa ondeada de azul, carregada de uma faixeta ondeada de prata, acompanhada em chefe de um açor sustendo nas garras um escudete de azul com cinco besantes de prata; em contrachefe, um pé de batateira de verde, tuberculada de prata, os tubérculos contornados de verde, entre uma espiga de trigo do mesmo e uma espiga de milho de vermelho, folhada de verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «ACHADA - NORDESTE».
