Official blazon
A pair of crossed carbines, muzzles uppermost; on the cross of the carbines the Prince of Wales's plume, coronet and motto "Ich Dien" (I serve), and on the butts of the carbines s dcroll inscribed "3rd Carabiniers". The coronet and scroll in gilt; the plume, motto and carbines in silver plate.
