De gemeente voerde geen eigen wapen.

Strucht werd in 1383 tot heerlijkheid verheven door Conrard van Bensenrade. Zijn familie bleef in het bezit van de heerlijkheid tot 1624, toen het werd verkocht aan de familie de Groot (wapen zie lit, blz 444). Een gedeelte van de heerlijke rechten waren echter in handen van de familie van Hulsberg (van Schaloen). In 1643 kwam dit in het bezit van een lid van de familie Hoen van Cartils, kort daarop tevens aan de familie de Groot. De heerlijkheid vormde een onderdeel van het land van Valkenburg en de hogere jurisdictie bleef bij de Hertog van Brabant tot 1643, waarna ook dat overging naar de familie de Groot. In 1753 kwam de heerlijkheid door huwelijk aan de baron van Hammerstein.

Het dorp had geen eigen kerk, het viel onder Oud-Valkenburg en Schin op Geul.

Van Strucht zijn geen zegels of wapens bekend.
