"In keel een zesspakig rad van goud. Het schild gedekt met een gouden kroon van 3 bladeren en 2 parelpunten."

Oorsprong/verklaring :
Het rad is afkomstig van Heusden, daar Maarn en Maarsbergen vroeger een heerlijkheid vormden die in bezit was van de abdij te Bern bij Heusden. Voor de verklaring van het rad, zie Heusden.

Het wapen is identiek aan het dorpswapen van Heesbeen.
