National arms of SERBIA


The present arms of the Republic of Serbia, are identical to the old arms of the Kingdom of Serbia. This can still be seen at the very typical Royal symbols in the republican arms.

The previous Republic of Serbia and Montenegro used the arms above, which are a combination of the arms of Serbia and Montenegro.

During the federation, the Republic of Serbia also used the old arms of the Serbian Kingdom, which are nearly identical to the National arms :

The Republic of Montenegro uses the arms below, which are based on the arms of the former Kingdom of Montenegro, but in different colours (left arms of the Republic, left arms of the Kingdom) :
