Origin/meaning:
I have no information on the origin or meaning of these arms. Any information is welcome !

In April 1865 B. Kene designed new arms for the city, which showed the same castle, but with in the first quarter the arms of the Chernihivska province. I have no information on the meaning of the small shield in the gate.
