Origin/meaning:
The arms were granted on June 4, 1792.
I have no information on the origin or meaning of these arms. Any information is welcome.

In March 1865 B. Kene proposed new arms for the city. The arms showed only four bees and a croos and in the first quarter the arms of Chernihiv province. The arms were not adopted.
