Origin/meaning:
I have no information on the origin or meaning of these arms. Any information is welcome !

In November 1867 B. Kene designed new arms with the same symbolism, the cherries and provincial arms, but now with in the first quarter the new arms of the Kharkiv province. The arms were not adopted.
