Origin/meaning:
I have no information on the origin or meaning of these arms. Any information is welcome !

In May 1865 B. Kene designed new arms for the city, which showed the same bustard and sheaves, but with in the first quarter the arms of the Khersonska province, instead of in the chief. The arms were not adopted.
