Origin/meaning:
The arms were adopted on April 19, 1991.
The upper part is tierced in pall, topographically representing a railway. The base shows a wall with the date of foundation of the town - 1816. The stork with a stone symbolises attention, the vines signify fertility of the earth, the wall friendship of the representatives of all nationalities living in the town and the railway symbolises industry.
