Province : Tarragona

Origin/meaning:
Canting arms: they show two laurels (the name is derived from Catalan "vall de llors", meaning valley of laurels). The arms Or with the chief Sable are the arms of the barons of Entença, because the village belonged to Tivissa until 1818, that was part of this barony. These arms have been officially granted on 10th February 1992.
