SANT CEBRIÀ DE VALLALTA
Province : Barcelona
Origin/meaning:
Canting arms: they show a mitre and a bishop's staff, as the attributes of the bishop and martyr St. Cyprian, the local patron saint; and a valley, because Vallalta derives from "vall alta" (Catalan for "high valley"). These arms have been officially granted on 12th June 1997.
