WIECBURK VANDSBURG
 Origin/meaning:
The arms already appeared on the 16th century seal of the city. The hills supposedly indicate that the city is surrounded by hills. The three small shields symbolise the three former castles in the area.
Later seals, when the city was Polish, showed the Polish eagle. In the early 19th century, when the city was again German, the common seal of Vandsburg and Zempelburg showed for Vandsburg a castle with in the gate a knight.
