LAUTENBACH

Origin/meaning :
The arms show the Archangel St. Michael, patron saint of the chapter of the Augustin monks of St. Michael and St Gangolf in Lautenbach. The monks ruled the village until the French Revolution in 1792. The arms were officially granted in 1918.
