Incorporated into : 1972 Gross Umstadt

Origin/meaning:
The above arms were proposed in 1956, I have no information whether the municipality actually adopted these arms.

The arms are based on the oldest seal of the village, dating from 1713. The symbols probably indicate the local court held in the village in the Middle Ages.
