PATERSBERG
State : Rheinland-Pfalz
Origin/meaning: The only known seal of the village dates from the late 18th century and shows the barred lion of the counts of Hessen and the letters GPB (for Gericht Patersberg, Patersberg Court). In the arms the letters are replaced by a rooster.
