Wappen von Opherdicke

Origin/meaning:
The arms were officially granted on June 1, 1938

The arms show the arms of the Counts of the Mark, to which th earea historically belonged, with in the upper part a label and in the base three rings. The label and the rings are derived from the medieval family Von Opherdicke.
