State : Thüringen ![]() Origin/meaning: The upper half shows three pine trees that refer to the Leinawald forest in the municipality. In the decades before the arms were granted the municipality also used the three trees in its seal. The third quarter shows seven bends, one for each of the villages in the municipality. The rose is taken from the arms of the Lords von Rüdigsdorf, who had several possessions in the municipality.
