State : Hessen
District (Kreis) : Hochtaunuskreis (until 1975 Usingen)
Incorporated into : 1972 Grävenwiesbach

Origin/meaning:
The arms were granted in 1953.
The arms are based on a seal dating from 1816 and an image on the local church from 1859. The arms are canting, the name can be translated as 'Bushes on a mountain'.
