Origin/meaning:
The arms were officially registered in 1994.

The arms show a rose branch with a rosehip. These symbolise the nature in the municipality, and th ethorns (Torn) are canting. The five small leaves on each of the leaves symbolise the five former municipalities taht merged in 1970.
