KOPRIVNICA

Origin/meaning:
The arms are the historical arms of the free royal city of Koprivnica. The arms show the city fortress and a royal crown to indicates it's status as Royal city. The fleur-de-lys is taken from the arms of France, for the House of Anjou. Koprivnica received city rights from the Hungarian Kings from the House of Anjou.

Two older images of the arms are shown below, with the left version without the crown and a rather different castle design, and on the right one two small heads (devils ?) are added.
