Coat of arms of Hvar

Origin/meaning:
The arms have been adopted on ??-??-1993.

Although formally adopted in 1993, the arms are much older. The arms show in the upper half Pope Stefanus (St. Stephen) on a throne. The base shows a view of the fortified city of Hvar.
