Civic Heraldry of Bosnia and Herzegovina

SARAJEVO

Origin/meaning:

The arms show in the upper part the hills surrounding the city of Sarajevo. The middle part shows the old city walls and the lower part the Miljacka river that runs through the city.

The colours of the arms are not officially determined.
