Origin/meaning :

The arms were granted on February 25, 1924 and the complete arms are held by a bishop as a supporter.
The arms are derived from the arms of the Lords d'Enghien (Edingen), who acquired the estate in the 15th century. The supporter is St. Medardus, the local patron saint. See also Enghien.
