Belgische Gemeentewapens - Armories communales de Belgique Belgian Civic Heraldry BAARLE HERTOG Province : Antwerpen Origin/meaning : The arms were granted on September 4, 1910 and confirmed on May 10, 1995. The arms show the patron saint of the village, St. Remigius. The village Baarle-Hertog is an enclave in the Netherlands, with 21 distinct (small) areas scattered in and around the twin village of Baarle Nassau.
