In Gelb auf fünf grünen Bergen schwarze Burg, links begleitet von steigendendem rotem Löwen.
Origin/meaning
The castle is a symbol for the Roman fortress of Vindonissa, the present Windisch. The lion is the lion of Habsburg, as the village was for a long time a possession of the Counts of Habsburg.
