WIEN-HETZENDORF

State : Wien (Vienna)

Wappen von Wien-Hetzendorf

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms are those of the Teutonic Order, who owned property here. The name of Hetzendorf derives from "Herco", a medieval Christian name.

Hetzendorf is now part of the 12th municipal district, Meidling.
