District (Kreis) : Neunkirchen (until 1973 Ottweiler)
Amt : Amt Wiebelskirchen
Incorporated into : 1974 Neunkirchen (Saar)

Wappen von Wiebelskirchen/Arms (crest) of Wiebelskirchen
Official blazon
German In Schwarz ein goldener Zickzackbalken in Form eines W, von einem goldenen Kreuz besteckt.
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on October 26, 1954.

The arms were newly designed, there are no arms or seals known for the town. The arms are partly canting, a letter W and a cross. The colours are black for the coal mined in the town and gold for the revenues.
