In Blau ein goldener Pfahl, gekreuzt und an der Kreuzungsstelle überdeckt mit einem silbernen Wellenbalken; im ersten Viertel ein silbernes Wagenrad mit acht Speichen, im vierten Viertel ein gestürzter silberner Anker.
