In Silber auf grünem Boden ein springendes, golden bewehrtes rotes Ross.
Origin/meaning
The oldest seal of the town dates from the early 15th century and already shows a horse. All later seals and images have shown the horse, but in different size and shapes. The ground was added in the 19th century. The meaning of the horse is not known.
