Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on January 16, 1984.

The cross is the cross of the St. Florian Abbey, to which the village historically belonged. The wavy bar refers to the Grosse Rodl river in the municipality. The green colour indicates the importance of agriculture in the municipality.
