Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on February 15, 1966.

The blue bens symbolises the Ise river that flows through the municipality. The boar's head symbolises the many wild boar in the region. The so-called wolf's-hook is a symbol for the former castle/fortress on the Ise.
