În dreapta, în câmp roșu, se află litera T, având deasupra o coroană cu fleuroane, totul de aur, situată între opt fascii alternând albastru cu aur, așezate patru deasupra câmpului roșu și patru dedesubt. În stânga, în câmp albastru, se află un turn cu poartă, două ferestre în partea superioară și acoperiș țuguiat, așezat pe o stâncă, totul de argint. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
