Escudo de azul, dois ramos de oliveira de prata, frutados de negro, passados em aspa, duas enxós de ouro com segurança de prata, a da sinistra voltada e um ferro de moinho de ouro, furado do campo, tudo alinhado em cruz. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ VILARINHO DE AGROCHÃO “.
