  • (fr) De gueules à la bande d'argent chargée de trois grappes de deux cerises de gueules, feuillées de sinople, accompagnée en chef d'un vase d'or et en pointe d'un courlis, la tête contournée, du même.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on My 27, 1983.

The arms show a vase as a symbol for the local tradition of pottery. The cherries refer to the cherry cultivation and the curlew is a common bird in the local marshes.
