Troncato nel primo di rosso al palo d’argento, nel secondo d’argento; sormontato da corona marchionale (a cinque fioroni e quattro palle) e da cimiero costituito da figura nascente di guerriero (San Vittore, patrono della Città) portante nella destra una bandiera di bianco caricata con croce di rosso sventolante a sinistra e nella sinistra la palma del martirio.
