I blått fält en yxa och ett svärd i kors, i övre korsvinkeln åtföljda av ett järnmärke, allt av guld.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted in 1986.

The arms contain elements from the arms of the former municipalities: the axe from Järna, the iron symbol from Nås and the sword from Äppelbo.
