Escudo de ouro, um pé de videira de verde, arrancado e galhado do mesmo, com cachos de uvas de púrpura, entre dois ramos de oliveira de verde, frutados de negro e passados em aspa, em chefe e um pé ondado de azul e prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ VALE DE MENDIZ “.
