Region : Sjælland
Amt (until 2007) : Vestsjælland (until 1970 Holbæk)
Additions :1970 Egebjerg, Højby, Nørre Asmindrup, Odden, Vig

Arms of Trundholm

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially registered in 1977.

The upper part shows a cart, which is based on a silver cart from the Bronze Age found in the municipality in 1902. It thus symbolises the longtime inhabitation of the area. The star in the base is taken from the old arms of the Ods Herred, to which the area historically belonge. The wavy division line symbolises the coastal municipality.
