- (de) In rotem Feld ein silbernes, zinnenbekröntes Tor mit ausgeschlagenen Torflügeln über drei Stufen.
- (it) Di rosso alla porta aperta di due ante merlata alla guelfa scalinata di tre pezzi, il tutto d'argento.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 20, 1966.
The arms show the (canting) arms of the Lords of Niedertor. This family acquired in 1397 the local castle and ruled the village until 1559. They contributed substantially to the building of the local church.
