Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on June 28, 1974.
The upper part show sthe arms of the Lords (later Counts) von Taufkirchen-Guttenburg, which owned the largest part of the area until the 19th century.
The base shows a fox, which was the crest of the arms of the same family.
