Official blazon

Escut caironat: losanjat d'argent i de sinople. Per timbre una corona de baró.

Origin/meaning

These arms have been officially granted on 22nd October 1993.

The lozengy Argent and Vert are the arms of the Talamanca family, lords of the local castle (10th century, now in ruins), that became the centre of a barony (the arms show the baron's crown at the top).
