Administrative division
Tajikistan is divided into 4 regions. Each region is divided into several districts, which in turn are subdivided into jamoats (village-level self-governing units) and then villages (qyshloqs).
As far as I know very few, ifa any, of these actually uses a coat of arms.
Heraldry
The country does not use arms, but only the above national symbol.
I know of the following more or less heraldic arms used in the country:
