På grønn grunn ein venstre skråstilt gull lindekvist med fire blad.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on December 11, 1987.

The arms show a linden branch, as the area has one of the largest leaf forests in the country, including many linden. The four leaves also symbolise the four villages in the municipality.
