Wapen: Golwend deursnede van blou en silwer, in die skildhoof 'n opkomende son van goud en in die skildvoet drie golwende dwarsbalke van blou belaai met 'n passer van goud, skarnier na benede, oor alles heen die romp van 'n skip van voor gesien, van silwer.
Helmteken: 'n Gaande aansiende leeu wat met die regter-voorpoot 'n anker vashou, alles van goud.
Wrong en dekklede: Silwer en blou.
Skildhouers: Regs 'n dolfyn en links 'n seeleeu, albei van natuurlike kleur en gekeel met 'n vlootkroon bestaande uit skeepseile waaraan 'n tou vasgemaak is wat tussen die voorvinne en oor die rug loop, albei van goud.
Spesiale kompartement: 'n Grond golwend deursnede van groen en blou met 'n golwende dwarsbalk van silwer op die snylyn.

Arms: Per fess wavy Azure and Argent, in chief a rising sun Or, in base three bars wavy Azure surmounted by a pair of calipers hinge downwards Or; over all a ship's hull affronte, Argent.
Crest: A lion passant guardant holding with the dexter forepaw an anchor Or.
Wreath and mantling: Argent and Azure.
Supporters: Dexter a dolphin, sinister a seal, proper, gorged with a naval crown composed of ship's sails to which a rope is attached passing between the fore fins and reflexed over the back, all Or.
Special compartment: A mount per fess wavy Vert and Azure, a bar wavy Argent.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 30, 1976.
