The cards were issued by William Ritchie & Sons, Ltd. (WR&S) based in London and Edinburgh.

These postcards were issued before 1905. The main series shows the arms of a town or city in Scotland, a second series shows arms of holiday towns in England. I have no idea how many cards were issued in both series.
