Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on December 11, 2006.

The base shows the three hills near the village, the lberg, Hopfenberg and Helgenberg. The buzzard is a common bird in the area and also plays a role in many local legends and stories. The green colour refers to the forest and nature in the municipality.
